Evaluation of National Career Service Partnership Delivery

CFE were commissioned by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) to examine the effectiveness of delivering the National Careers Service in partnership with other organisations and the added value of providing the service in community venues, including with Jobcentre Plus.

The evaluation included telephone interviews with representatives National Careers Service providers, and customers. We also carried out field visits to Job Centres and community venues such as libraries, children’s centres and housing associations, to see the partnership delivery in action.
